Manufactured at our factory in the South of England using the highest quality fabrics with timber sustainably sourced from the forests of Europe.

The Celeste conforms to all UK standards for both wind loading and Fire Retardancy.

Roof Sheets

Roof Sheets are finished with attractive reinforcing details at King and Wall Poles
Roof Sheets have minimal valance giving clean lines.

NB: The width of the cloth dictates the seaming width on the roof sheets. Polycotton canvas rolls are 2m wide, and PVC rolls are 3m wide.

Structural Analysis

Celeste Pole Marquee has been analysed using the following codes and loading criteria:

British Standards/Eurocodes

BS EN 13782:2005 – Temporary structures – Tents – Safety
BS 5268-2:2002 – Structural use of timber
Eurocode 9 BS EN 1999-1-1:2007

Loading conditions

Dead Loading: Self weight of the structure and fabric pre-stress
Wind loading: Dynamic wind pressure ‘q’ = 0.6 kN/sq m

Maximum allowed wind speed is:

31 m/s (70 mph), 3 sec gust – when side walls are installed
15 m/s (34 mph), 3 sec gust – when installed without (or partial) side walls

Marquee must be anchored in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions and is subject to ground conditions.
